Rising 1000 feet (304 M) above the Yellow Sea, the Northeast Asia Trade Tower (NEATT) was the first of many commercial buildings within Songdo IBD. This landmark location for top-tier global and Korean companies also provides impressive accommodations.

NEATT, designed by Kohn Pederesn Fox and Heerim, will become the tallest building in Korea upon its completion in 2014. The 68-story tower offers 19 floors of class A office space, as well as serviced residences and other amenities.

The column-free floors of NEATT will offer spectacular views of Central Park and a panoramic view of Songdo City. The building boasts a prestigious office lobby at ground level with French limestone floors and Vermont slate stone walls. The NEATT is located adjacent to Songdo Convensia, the Lotte shopping center, and the Sheraton Incheon Hotel. The building also has an extensive parking station directly next door, as well as direct pedestrian access to the subway. The NEATT allows for high pedestrian traffic via the direct connection to the office lobby and serves as a center for economic activity for greater Songdo City.
