In 1986, Stan Gale purchased the 90-acre Park Avenue office complex from Sammis Company (which was run by Gale).Gale, along with a joint venture partner, developed the first two buildings of the master planned 1.1 million square foot Class-A office complex. In 1989 and 1990 to major tenants such as Accenture (formerly Anderson Consulting) and Merrill Lynch. From 1996 to 1999 the four buildings were developed and leased to high quality tenants such as Hewlett-Packard, McKinsey & Co., Price Waterhouse Coopers and Shearson Smith Barney. JP Morgan eventually purchased the project and engaged Gale as the developer and manager. Gale changed the development plan for the undeveloped land and obtained new approvals for four buildings with an aggregate of 550,000 square feet of office space.
