The Campus at Greenhill is a two-story, 300,000 SF class A office space located on 104 acres at the heart of central Connecticut’s I-91 corridor in Wallingford. The building is surrounded by protected wetlands, and is adjacent to a public park with lakes and trails. The high-tech green campus features 287,000 rentable square feet, and common areas include a cafeteria and fitness center with shower facilities available to all building occupants.
