The Campus at Greenhill is a two-story, 300,000 SF class A office space located on 104 acres at the heart of central Connecticut’s I-91 corridor in Wallingford. The building is surrounded by protected wetlands, and is adjacent to a public park with lakes and trails. The high-tech green campus features 287,000 rentable square feet, and common areas include a cafeteria and fitness center with shower facilities available to all building occupants. The building features expansive window lines that let in abundant natural light. Originally designed and built by Workstage-Connecticut LLC, Gale Development acquired the property in 2010 and completed it in 2011.
The campus caters to a variety of transportation types, with low emission vehicle parking located throughout the campus and bicycle racks throughout the site. It’s also located adjacent to a park and ride area with commuter access for employees to take public transportation.
Currently, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield occupies 217,764 square feet of the campus. Burns & McDonnell occupies 27,635 square feet of the campus, with an anticipated expansion of 6,719 square feet currently underway.
