MegaWorld South Korea
Songdo International Business District is featured in a six minute profile segment part of the Discovery Channel's MegaWorld South Korea. MegaWorld is a fast paced, experiential approach to presenting South Korea's innovations in science and technology.
Songdo, described as "a hot ticket in Asia" is thoroughly explored - from the reclamation of land in the Yellow Sea to the city's innovative pneumatic waste system to Songdo's ability to be a fully wired with TelePresence capabilities. The city's quality of life components, including Central Park and Convensia are also highlighted.
The segment includes an interview with Stan Gale, who explains his vision for Songdo and desire to create additional master plan cities throughout Asia.
