Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial operations, asset management activities, and corporate Human Resource and IT functions. Mr. Benedix, who joined the firm in 2002 to help orchestrate the wrap-up of One Lincoln Street, Boston, works with the executive team on the day-to-day oversight of investments in domestic and international development projects and real estate. Mr Benedix began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche before managing financial operations at R.M. Bradley & Company for over US $1B in assets, including Prudential Center, Boston and a national 800-property portfolio. He went on to work with Spaulding & Slye as well as CB Richard Ellis-NE, where he served for several years as Controller.
